Mystery Tackle Box is the leading subscription commerce company in the fishing space. We are transforming the way America's 50 million+ anglers discover new fishing products and learn new techniques. Great content is at the heart of what we do and we are looking for a creative writer/editor to help us create, curate, and manage all forms of content from written to photographic to video.
As a content manager you will be responsible for...
Creating engaging social media content that is on-brand.
Writing website and advertisement copy.
Creating product related content both on-site and in-box.
Writing/sourcing content for the Mystery Tackle Box blog.
Creating content for email blasts.
Developing editorial/content calendars for MTB content.
Managing a team of freelance writers.
Brainstorming/scripting MTB video content.
We are looking for candidates with the following relevant experience/skill sets:
2-4 years of copywriting, or related writing experience.
A strong understanding of and passion for the fishing industry.
The ability to communicate with and manage a team of writers.
Capable of wearing multiple hats and handling multiple projects at once.
The ability to adapt to change and take ownership of projects.
A good sense of humor (after all, you have to write video scripts for this guy).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
