Cardinal Intellectual Property has immediate entry-level openings for Administrative Assistants.
Cardinal Intellectual Property, a patent search and services company, is growing rapidly and looking for great candidates to come onboard. Our Administrative Assistants provide support and aid various departments with special projects and administration tasks. Departments include, but not limited to: sales, marketing, operations, and human resources.
Our Administrative Assistant must be a team player who is outgoing, enthusiastic, hard-working, and has attention for detail. Experience with Microsoft Excel, report generation, and managing multiple projects are all major pluses!
Education and Experience:
-Bachelors Degree required
-Highly computer literate, including Microsoft Office
-High energy, proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
-0-2 years experience
Physical Demands
While performing duties, the employee is required to sit for an extended period of time in front of the computer entering data into a computer, and use office equipment: scanner, copier, printer and fax machine. Occasionally, the employee is required to stand, walk, crouch, bend over and/or lift supplies and/or folders.
Work Environment
Office Environment located in a busy, open, office area; must interact/meet with others on a regular basis.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
