Nurse Liaison
A nationwide healthcare organization is currently searching for a Nurse Liaison who will be responsible for providing patient care between multiple care settings near Evanston, IL. The ideal candidate must have a clinical background in order to understand patients charts, diagnosis and patient needs for short term care.
Requirements:
RN or LPN licensed in IL
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience in working with long term care or an acute care facility
Must have an advanced knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
Experience working with physicians, discharge planners, social workers and hospitals to obtain referrals
Knowledgeable in the area of on-site hospital medical evaluation of admission referrals
