Account Executive / Sales
Sales Positions Available - Evanston, IL
SearchAmerica is an employee search firm that recruits nationwide for manufacturing and service businesses. Due to market demand and growth, we are looking for driven sales professionals at our Evanston, IL office.
$50K first year earnings is achievable with several of our experienced Account Executives earning $100,000
personal income last year.
Starting pay: $2500/mo salary plus commission & bonus. IRA plan after one year.
We have a database of contacts for you to call. The work consists of:
Client calls - identify open positions that they will pay us to fill
Job Candidate calls - identify potential employees for our Clients
Interview calls - arrange interviews between Clients and Job Candidates
This is not an easy job. Most fail because they:
> Fear calling people on the phone
> Wait around for something to happen
> Lack self-discipline
Many succeed in this job. They succeed because they:
> Are not afraid to call people they don't know
> Are motivated to make things happen
> Are self-disciplined, driven to succeed
Account Executive Requirements:
o B2B Sales experience preferred
o Recruitment experience is a plus
o Must possess excellent communication skills and relationship management skills
o Must be able to work in a fast paced environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
