30pm-8pm and one weekend day The Member Relations Specialists are the first point of contact for our members.
These individuals serve as the heart of the McGaw family, they are a go to point of reference for anyone in the Y.
They are problem solvers, mediators, and advisors.
Under the leadership of the Member Experience Director, The Member Relations Specialists support our community through creating a welcoming environment while simultaneously driving membership sales and class registrations, giving facility tours and much more.
They are responsible for providing customer service excellence to Y members, program participants and guests.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
