org The System Vice President, Quality and Patient Experience infuses a culture of quality and patient safety across Endeavor Health.
This role is directly responsibility for acute care quality, clinical risk management, patient safety, infection prevention, patient experience (across the continuum) and ensuring all entities within the system meet clinical regulatory and accreditation standards.
This role has primary responsibility for clinical performance and improvement and works collaboratively to ensure the organization is meeting acute care performance goals and metrics.
This role works as a dyad partner with Acute Care Chief Medical Officers (or designee) across the system and reports to the System Chief Clinical Officer.
The System Vice President forms strong partnerships with the System Vice President for the Cross Care Continuum, System Chief Nurse Executive, Hospital Presidents, and leadership of the Clinically Integrated Network and other operational leadership in pharmacy and lab to advance organizational consistency and reliability across clinical performance.
Qualified applicants will have:
A Master's degree in healthcare management, quality or a related field (required) A nursing or clinical degree (required) Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership and improvement experience working in a large integrated multi-entity system, leading interdisciplinary teams with demonstrated and sustainable positive impact across quality, safety and patient experience metrics (required) Experience using Vizient or a comparable system
