We are looking for someone who is available Monday to Friday from 9:
00 am to 5:
30 pm and one Saturday a quarter from 7:
00 am until 3:
00 pm.
As a Patient Scheduler, your role is pivotal in creating a great end-to-end client experience.

You've previously managed appointment scheduling for a medical office, coordinating with professionals and clients.
You have excellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skills.

Your role as a Patient Scheduler:
As a member of our team, you will:
Continuous coordination of the therapists' schedule based on clients' needs and the therapists' productivity requirements Regular maintenance and upkeep of center needs Review client's account to accuracy and document all client communication Maintain daily volume of phone calls and emails Attends weekly huddle meetings in center Ensure that any service inquiries are answered and that follow-up is made as needed Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director Our interview process:
