2K - $37K a year PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE GOALS Provide quality, value-added professional service in the restaurant department to enable the restaurant to exceed brand standards for food service, guest helpfulness, and guest friendliness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To enhance our guest's visit with good, prompt and courteous foodservice.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Greets guests at table within three minutes with a warm and welcome manner with introduction and an offering of a beverage.
Delivers drinks to the table and inform the guests of the daily specials and soup of the day along with any other pertinent information the guests need to know e.

any items that are currently out of stock.
Asks for and takes the guest's meal order.
Offers suggestions, such as wine pairing with items ordered and suggests an appetizer to start the meal with.
Upsells! Enters and reviews order at POS system.
Makes sure condiments on the table, silverware, and napkins are setup and ready for the next guests.
Delivers orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Presents guest checks and collects payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintains a cheerful, positive attitude and appropriate conduct with both guests and teammates at all times.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
