We are seeking a talented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with specialized knowledge in healthcare tax planning and accounting.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making processes by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations related to tax implications and financial performance.
This role requires a strong understanding of tax laws, accounting principles, and financial modeling techniques.
The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
1.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop financial models to assess the financial impact of various business initiatives and scenarios.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Healthcare Tax Planning:
Stay abreast of healthcare tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and minimize tax liabilities.
Work closely with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders to develop tax planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide guidance on tax implications related to healthcare services, telemedicine, and virtual care delivery.

Accounting and Financial Compliance:
Oversee financial accounting processes, including revenue recognition, expense accruals, and financial statement preparation.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant healthcare industry regulations (e.

, HIPAA, HITECH Act).
Coordinate with internal audit teams and external auditors to facilitate annual audits and reviews.

Strategic Financial Planning:
Assist in the development of strategic financial plans and initiatives to support business growth, expansion, and market penetration.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate potential investments, partnerships, and mergers/acquisitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, tax planning, or accounting roles in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of healthcare tax planning principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
