Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - part time

Our center in Evanston, IL is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a member on our clinical team, you'll be providing a life-changing service that affects entire families today, tomorrow, and years into the future. You will develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on the result of your assessment, and manage the team of Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians providing the care. This may include teaching new skills, reinforcing appropriate behavior, and addressing problems.
Availability needed: Weekdays 2:00pm-6:30pm

Leadership & Mentorship: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols. Learn the intricacies of supervisory leadership, enhancing your ability to guide and support a dedicated team.

Requirements:
You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.
