This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple responsibilities, and ensures seamless operations in both the office and warehouse settings.
Key
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, correspondence, and emails.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
Maintain company vehicles, including coordinating repair and maintenance schedules.
Assist leadership with various tasks as assigned, which may include projects not directly related to the core functions of the business.
Warehouse Management:
Receive, process, and fulfill orders with speed and accuracy.
Maintain a detailed inventory of warehouse stock, including tracking and updating records as needed.
Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.
Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management and warehouse operations is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices is advantageous.
Past experience in the A/V industry is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet deadlines or handle special projects.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace in both office and warehouse environments.
