About the Organization Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization.

Adhere to the policies and procedures for the provision of therapy services in accordance with the goals of CPT and FacilityMaintain the standards for rehabilitation servicesPerform administrative duties as necessary for day-to-day operations of the rehab departmentDevelop a good rapport with the patient, their family members and third-party payers, and any others involved in the total management of the patient
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program approved by the APTA or its equivalent.
Any necessary licenses or certifications required for the State of Illinois or State of Wisconsin to practiceFunction according to the APTA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
